We  experience universal changes in political, financial and ethical  values, due to several worldwide crises coming together. Although we  notice positive developments like climate consciousness and political  support for freedom and war victims, we also face the destruction of  war, social exclusion, poverty and racism. Here  lies our challenge in bioenergetics: giving voice to the body of  people, the body of freedom and the body of the earth, our mother. Let’s explore together the voices of our bodies, to listen to each other’s voices, and to raise our voices collectively
